The CRD Traffic Safety Commission welcomes proposals for partnership projects which promote and support traffic safety in BC’s capital region. The purpose of the Commission is to plan and operate Traffic Safety education programs within the CRD, and the Commission will consider funding proposals that fit within this purpose.
Funding cannot be provided for capital equipment or infrastructure. Each year the Commission determines an amount of funding from its available budget to be allocated for partnership projects and investments.
The CRD Traffic Safety Commission will review applications and notify all applicants of decisions. Applications must be submitted by the 15th of the month for consideration at the following month’s meeting.
All potential partnership projects, regardless whether the applicant is a member of the CRD Traffic Safety Commission, must use this form. Applicants can also print the form here, and email it to crdtsc@crd.bc.ca. The TSC Project Evaluation Criteria can be viewed here.
